I missed a beat yesterday with my post All about the prezzies! I totally forgot to include the most played with toy this Christmas. The boys scored some awesome toys, (you already had a scooby at the Hot Wheels garage, right?) but the best toy ever - at least for our 23 month old - is this cheap ass helicopter spinner Momma picked up in the end of Summer clearance sales at Dollar General.

I bought one for each boy and they still had their original 2 dollar stickers on when Mommy wrapped them up with Santa's paper on Christmas Eve. That wasn't what I paid for them though! They were 75% off - and the last two on the shelf. So a whopping 1 dollar in total for the best toys of Christmas 2012.

It's all about the prezzies!

We Bisetts didn't half fare well on the gift front! And this year we had them coming at us from all sides. I'm almost on first name turns with our friendly UPS driver. (Mental note for Momma: make sure to put a shirt on throughout December.) 

Thank you friends and family for spoiling us rotten this Christmas time. Every single gift was appreciated mega loads, although some were appreciated blog better than others.

Narrowing it down to a top five (or even a top ten) was a tough call. Too tough in fact (don't want to put any gift-bearer's nose out of joint). So instead I'm giving out five gift category 'blog' awards.

It's Christmas Eve and all the kids are napping following a raw cookie dough binge.

Momma just pulled Santa's gingerbread cookies out of the oven. They're all set - at least the half remaining - for icing when the kiddos wake up.

Momma's Christmas Top of the Pops!

Only six days left 'til Christmas day and no matter that I've had Pandora and the minivan radio and Momma's get-away vehicle (aka. Daddy's car) radio and - as of yesterday - an old school ghetto blaster all tuned in to Christmas songs (since the day after Thanksgiving) I just can't get enough!

I apologize ahead of time for the over-share here, but I could not resist. This is just way too cool to keep to myself...

Tonight, as soon as Daddy got home from work, we all piled into the minivan and headed straight into town to pick up the most powerful and updated, top-of-the-range model on the market.

We ordered it online together the other night and Daddy has been itching (even more so than Momma) to go and pick one up before they were all snatched off the shelf for Christmas!

Thanksgiving turkey is still working its way through my system and we've already got the trees up - two of them.

This decorating malarkey is getting out of control.

The rest of the house is half-way trimmed up too - but Momma still has a lot of work to do. I'm going for super sparkly and garish this year!
